What is Spec work?Lately its like a new virus, spreading, this so called contest, were people pick the winning one but they dont give you nothing in return, but they make money. Correcty me if im wrong, people are going to send designs and designs that took months or years in preparations from schools, wasting money in materials, electricity, tablets, tears and blood, and in the end they wont receive anything just a palm in your shoulder saying good job.
Can you pay your bills with your tiny name at the end on credits? Forget about the publicity crappy excuse. People will get paid for this but the winner and contestants they wont.
